Life is full of challenges. Sometimes one comes along that sets us back and we may struggle with ways to see a positive future. A decision to see a counselor is an action that can enable us to share the burden, have a sounding board, and gain understanding and insights into those issues troubling us. Counseling, at its best, is a partnership that restores hope, and gives you the strengths and skills to regain energy for life. I believe that our thoughts, health and behaviors strongly affect our emotional and physical well-being.
I can help if you:
º Have lost a loved one
ºAre dealing with a serious illness of yourself or family member
ºHave difficulties at work
ºAre experiencing stress overload, sleeping difficulties or anxiety
ºFeel a constant lack of interest in life and yourself
